Welcome to Still Hour (“App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, web application, digital prayer journal, Bible-related materials, written content, graphics, and other services (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Lifetime Access

Our Services may be offered as a one-time purchase that provides lifetime access.

“Lifetime access” means access for the lifetime of the Service, subject to these Terms. It does not mean guaranteed access forever regardless of circumstances, technical changes, discontinuation of the Service, or events outside our reasonable control.

Your purchase provides you with a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal use.

Your purchase does NOT transfer ownership of the App, its software, source code, written materials, graphics, designs, journal content, or other intellectual property.

2. Personal Use Only

You may use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute the App or its content.
Resell or commercially distribute access to the App.
Share your account or login credentials with others.
Allow another person to use your purchased access.
Copy or reproduce our digital prayer journal or other downloadable materials for resale or redistribution.
Scrape, systematically download, or reproduce substantial portions of our content.
Modify, reproduce, or create derivative products from our original materials for commercial purposes.
Attempt to obtain or distribute our source code.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract proprietary portions of the Services except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
Use our content to create a competing commercial product.

3. Intellectual Property

All original materials included in the Services are owned by or licensed to Still Hour.

This may include, without limitation:

The App and its original software code
Website design and layout
Prayer journal materials
Prayer prompts
Written prayers
Devotional and reflective content
Original graphics and illustrations
Logos and branding
Original text and marketing materials
Organization and presentation of the Services

These materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your purchase does not give you ownership of any of these materials.

4. Bible Translations and Third-Party Materials

Certain Bible passages, translations, images, fonts, software, or other materials used in the Services may be owned by third parties and may be subject to separate copyright or licensing terms.

We do not claim ownership of materials that belong to third parties.

Where required, third-party materials are used pursuant to applicable permissions, licenses, or other lawful use.

5. User-Generated Content

If the Services allow you to create prayer entries, journal entries, notes, or other personal content (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant us only the rights reasonably necessary to store, process, display, and provide your User Content as part of operating the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and appropriateness of content you choose to enter into the Services.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

You agree not to share your login credentials or allow another person to access your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, resale, credential sharing, or violations of these Terms.

7. Purchases and Payments

Purchases are processed through our designated payment provider.

The purchase price, applicable taxes, payment processing terms, and refund policy presented at checkout apply to your purchase.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the refund policy presented at the time of purchase.

9. No Guarantee of Continuous Availability

We strive to keep the Services available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

We may modify, update, add, or remove features from the Services from time to time.

Termination does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to the user.

The Services are provided for personal spiritual, devotional, journaling, and educational purposes.

The Services are not intended to provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Still Hour will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
